Assignment:
Lead the customer transition from the current to the new product.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of the customer transition

  • Perform stakeholder management

  • Manage dependencies

  • Plan and coordinate customer communication

  • Lead migration activities

Competences:

  • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience with stakeholder management at various organisational levels and with external vendors

  • Experience with cards or other payment rails is a plus; alternatively, experience from the financial sector is expected

  • Knowledge of card products is a plus

  • Strong communication skills, able to provide clear and concise updates

  • Technical understanding sufficient to engage in dialogue with IT delivery teams and third-party providers

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Period: 6 months + possibility for extension

Location: Copenhagen
