Assignment:
Lead the customer transition from the current to the new product.
Responsibilities:
Drive all aspects of the customer transition
Perform stakeholder management
Manage dependencies
Plan and coordinate customer communication
Lead migration activities
Competences:
Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Strong project management skills
Experience with stakeholder management at various organisational levels and with external vendors
Experience with cards or other payment rails is a plus; alternatively, experience from the financial sector is expected
Knowledge of card products is a plus
Strong communication skills, able to provide clear and concise updates
Technical understanding sufficient to engage in dialogue with IT delivery teams and third-party providers
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Period: 6 months + possibility for extension
