1. Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager for the implementation of our clients media platform. The role involves leading a significant transformation and implementation project, emphasizing both internal and external resource planning and management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle complex project management tasks and communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

2. Main Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the implementation process to ensure compliance with a strict and realistic timeline based on the supplier's plan established during the bidding process.

  • Develop, maintain, and continually update a detailed project and timeline plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Lead and coordinate project activities across our clients divisions to ensure alignment with the timeline.

  • Drive active risk management, focusing on identifying and addressing time-critical issues, dependencies, and potential delays.

  • Support change management to ensure broad organizational buy-in for project outcomes across both technical and business areas.

  • Prepare materials for management use, including presentations, decision proposals, and progress reports for steering committees and leadership forums.

  • Ensure complex technical information is communicated in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management of high complexity and interdependencies.

  • Strong skills in risk management and resource allocation.

  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to manage teams across various departments.

  • High theoretical background and experience in technology implementation and IT development processes.

4. Nice to Have

  • Experience within the media industry.

5. Other Details

The successful candidate should be available during regular working hours, approximately 30-37 hours per week, primarily on-site in Copenhagen. The scheduled hours are fixed from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The project is expected to start on June 2, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025.
