We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead our efforts in developing the NIS2 Cybersecurity Programme, particularly focusing on Supply Chain Security. This initiative encompasses managing compliance with new cybersecurity regulations and aligning efforts with key EU operating markets. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring effective collaboration across various stakeholders and successful implementation of crucial deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
You will lead the project workstream dedicated to Supply Chain Security, managing the intricate stakeholder landscape to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop the supply chain security policy and supplier risk classification model in line with regulatory and risk standards.
Design processes for supplier due diligence and risk-based security controls.
Provide guidance for ongoing monitoring and contractual clauses regarding suppliers.
Oversee risk assessments for critical suppliers in compliance with NIS2.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing supply chain projects with a strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and security assessments.
In-depth knowledge of cyber and information security compliance processes.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to excel in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Effectiveness in facilitating decision-making and maintaining transparent communication with all parties.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with current cybersecurity challenges and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
Experience with Supply Chain risk management frameworks such as NIST SP 800 161.
Other Details: Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark. The consultant is required to be on-site for a minimum of two days per week. Remote work is limited and must be pre-approved. All candidates should note that background checks will be conducted prior to onboarding.
