The candidate will play a pivotal role in developing clear communication strategies that ensure consistent, timely information across various channels. A minimum of 5 years in relevant fields is required along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing communication management and UX design initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Defining and executing a comprehensive communication strategy.
Gathering feedback from product rollouts and translating insights into actions.
Creating impactful copy and video content for diverse communication channels.
Developing educational materials tailored to various user groups.
Enhancing user journeys for onboarding and utilization of tools.
Producing clear UX writing for product onboarding.
Conducting user research and end-user testing.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communication management, UX design, UX writing, or copywriting.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in managing complexity and driving change in multicultural environments.
Experience with IT implementations, notably with Windows Hello for Business.
Collaborative mentality and problem-solving orientation.
Nice to Have
Experience in multifactor authentication products.
