emagine are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Simcorp front-to-back implementation for a financial client, aiming for completion by Q4 2025.
This role focuses on aligning the investment operations process with the current Nordic Model used. It will involve facilitating the Steering Committee across three business units while overseeing a project team of nearly 100 individuals.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive the Simcorp implementation project to successful completion.
Oversee and facilitate meetings with the Steering Committee.
Prepare decision-making materials for Board-level oversight.
Manage stakeholder relationships from specialist to executive level.
Collaborate with local adaptation consultants and SMEs.
Ensure effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience with front-to-back Simcorp Dimension onboarding in a bancassurance context.
Knowledge of investment, technology, and solvency within the Danish pension sector.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities.
Understanding of investment data, solvency, Kafka, and APIs.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with Nordic financial models.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to Danish pensions.
Previous experience training and mentoring team members.

This is a project-based position targeting completion by Q4 2025, with potential remote flexibility. Candidates with deep expertise in investment operations within the Danish pension industry are preferred.
