Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an Expert Customs Project Manager with extensive experience in customs management and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex IT projects with a focus on customs. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage risks effectively along with project execution. A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience and a solid IT background are essential for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of end-to-end IT projects ensuring business integration and timely delivery.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and implementation actions.
Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across various departments.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and blockers.
Implement scalable solutions to keep projects on track.
Facilitate seamless communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Strong customs experience.
Proven project management skills.
Experience in program management.
Robust IT background.
Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English (C1 level).
Nice to Have:
Experience in working with global stakeholders.
Knowledge of effective communication strategies.
Familiarity with competitive project rates and negotiation skills.
Other Details:
This position is based in Denmark, located at the client office in Hedehusene. The contract duration is 12 months under a Time & Material model. The expected start date is June 2, 2025.
