emagine is seeking a System Architect to define, manage, and drive the architecture of our financial clients' new Nordic wide Core Banking Platform, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and delivering organizational value through technology.
Main Responsibilities:
Core responsibility includes collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the Core Banking Platform through effective architectural frameworks.
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders on strategy and delivery of the Core Banking Platform.
Maintain technical architecture and prepare roadmaps for upcoming Program Increments (PIs).
Develop and govern platform standards and best practices.
Document required capabilities and maintain core documents such as SDD and TRRD.
Lead IT system and infrastructure designs in accordance with architecture governance.
Identify opportunities for architectural evolution to enhance efficiency and business capabilities.
Collaborate with Product Management and Release Train Engineers on technology solutions.
Define and track Non-Functional requirements throughout the delivery cycle.
Coach teams on Site Reliability Engineering and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Stakeholder management experience in IT technology.
Strong banking background, preferably with Core banking transformation experience.
Experience or familiarity with:
Kafka
Hadoop
Cloudera
IBM MQ
Oracle Exadata and RAC (Oracle Cloud @customer)
Advanced network monitoring
Kubernetes
Proficiency in IT solution and infrastructure architecture.
Knowledge of Non-Functional requirements and Site Reliability Engineering.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with technologies like Temenos T24, PaaS, onboarding cloud platforms, and Oracle principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
