On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, The OrderFlow4Future (OF4F) is a strategic enabler project aiming to enhance and streamline future order flows within our client´s Supply Chain. This position focuses on Quality Assurance (QA), taking full responsibility for the Technical Solution design and system setup linked to the Quality area, while reporting directly to project leadership. The foundational system in this area is S4 QM, complemented by BTP solutions like DBR (Digital Batch Release) and DCS (Digital Certificate Solution) to facilitate automation and cross-system verification. The role entails ensuring the comprehensive IT solution for this segment is successfully delivered, along with the pertinent configuration in QM. Design deliverables for DBR and DCS will be managed by their respective solution owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Design IT solutions within Quality that align with business requirements and other IT functions.
Support the LOB track lead in evaluating business needs, focusing on:
Designing solutions as close to SAP standard/industry best practices as possible.
Avoiding modifications to SAP standard code when feasible.
Aligning solutions with ongoing projects for future feasibility.
Developing maintainable and supportable solution designs.
Own the technical solution and assess related tasks.
Execute functional system setup in S4 and manage technical issues, assumptions, and risks during design, build, testing, and rollout phases.
Report directly to the Senior Project Manager to ensure effective project scheduling and progress.
Key Requirements:
High degree of self-motivation and proactivity.
Technical understanding of S/4 Hana and SAP ECC.
Expert knowledge and strong functional skills in Quality Management (QM).
Culturally adept with an international background.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
