We are currently looking for a Processor Migration Consultant for a financial client. You will participate in a pre-study before the actual project begins, which you will continue on. As the Process Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing the existing processing system (as-is state) and designing a target state. This role requires expertise in process analysis, strategic planning, and change management, including card authorization, authentication flows, clearing, and settlement flows.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current processing operations, third-party services, and dependencies.
Document existing processes, workflows, and technology use.
Develop a strategic vision for the future state of visa processing operations, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Define new workflows, processes, and systems with the client team.
Engage with key stakeholders, including management, staff, and external partners, to gather input and ensure alignment with the new processor.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and proposed changes.
Create migration and implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and change management strategies.
Develop and implement change management initiatives to support staff and stakeholders during the transition.
Establish metrics to monitor the performance of the new operating model and identify areas for further improvement.
Continuously assess and refine processes to maintain alignment with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
