Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Operations Lead who can drive and ensure best in class O&M for all deployed level 2 serialisation line controllers (SLCs). This includes ensuring all our packaging lines are in compliance and yearly-wheel activities are completed timely from a serialisation point of view. A candidate that can build the necessary scalable frameworks, processes, handshakes and proactively build strong relations with our stakeholder to seamlessly execute activities for the 43 lines in operations and potentially twice as many within the next few years.
This role also includes the responsibility as “Change Manager”, ensuring patches, bugfixes etc. are installed timely and in coordination with LoB. The responsibilities extend to drive and lead LoB projects impacting SLCs in Operations e.g. implementing OctoPlant to all SLCs.
Furthermore, the role also includes facilitation of our PIP (PexCite Input Prioritisation) process. Retrieving and coordinating improvements and inputs to our current software application. Facilitating Serilsiation Connects meetings with all packaging lines is also a mandatory part of the role.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive and oversee O&M for level 2 SLCs.
Ensure compliance across all packaging lines.
Coordinate yearly-wheel activities for serialisation.
Act as Change Manager for system updates.
Lead LoB projects impacting SLC operations.
Facilitate PIP process to improve software applications.
Organize Serialization Connect meetings.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with serialization processes.
Proven track record in operations management.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build scalable frameworks and processes.
Experience with project management in operational settings.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with OctoPlant implementation.
Knowledge of packaging line operations.
Experience in facilitation of cross-departmental meetings.
