We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with KYC/AML experience to define and enhance business processes while gathering requirements, analyzing data, and proposing operational improvements aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in business analysis, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights and solutions using advanced data analysis tools.
Main Responsibilities:
Gather requirements, interpret them, and propose actionable solutions.
Document, review, and evaluate business processes to identify gaps and development opportunities.
Maintain, test, and enhance business procedures.
Identify and manage operational, financial, and technological risks.
Collect critical information from stakeholder meetings to produce valuable reports.
Create timely and relevant materials for presentations and proposals.
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions using business analysis expertise.
Provide project-level analysis and produce necessary project documentation including business requirements and UAT plans.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with KYC/AML
Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Visio.
Experience in the financial services industry.
Prior involvement in projects with formal governance.
Curious mindset with a proactive approach to proposing solutions.
Strong cultural awareness and readiness to take on additional responsibilities.
Experience working within an Agile environment.
