On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to contribute to the development of a comprehensive web application utilizing the Salesforce technology stack. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development with a strong ability to enhance and maintain solutions in a production environment. This role represents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in creating innovative software solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement a full-scale web application utilizing the Salesforce technology stack, ensuring high performance and usability.
Build scalable and robust applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Apply test automation as part of BDD/TDD practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Manage and optimize large datasets according to best practices for data handling.
Implement Salesforce automation tools to enhance business processes.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and application bugs efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends and Salesforce technology advancements.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, with experience in Health Cloud desirable.
Experience in building and deploying web applications from the ground up.
Ability to create and manage users, profiles, and permission sets.
Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including workflows and process builders.
Familiarity with Salesforce LWR and Experience Cloud.
Proven ability to troubleshoot common Salesforce issues.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Nice to Have:
Experience in managing data privacy requirements and regulations.
Relevant Salesforce certification.
Experience with Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
Other Details:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, along with 2-5 years of relevant development experience in enterprise platforms. Demonstrated experience handling big data in cloud environments is preferred.
