emagine is looking for a consultant for 3 months to assist with daily operations in IT Network Operations.
Summary
This role involves the operation of IT Network and Security systems, providing third-level support, and proactive management of network performance.
Main Responsibilities
Core duties include the following:
Operate IT Network and Security systems.
Provide 3rd level technical support.
Analyze performance data and initiate corrective actions.
Maintain monitoring and management systems for the IT Network and Security systems.
Consult colleagues regarding networks and network services.
Identify deficiencies in IT Network and Security systems.
Propose ideas for improvements in IT Network and Security systems.
Handle daily operational IT Network tasks from the case queue.
Key Requirements
Expertise with Cisco systems including routers, switches, and ASA Firewalls.
Experience with Fortigate products, primarily Fortigate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
Nice to Have
Experience with F5 systems.
Knowledge of Forcepoint systems.
