We are seeking a structured and delivery-oriented consultant for the NIS2 Cybersecurity Programme PMO. The consultant will report to the PMO lead and is responsible for providing programme transparency, coordination, progress monitoring, and reporting across various governance layers and workstreams.
Objectives of the NIS2 Cybersecurity Programme include:
Lead and implement a NIS2 compliance programme.
Design and execute conformance assessments.
Support first-line remediation efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the PMO lead in maintaining the programme plan.
Track milestones and activities for transparency.
Prepare dashboards and documentation for management.
Provide detailed reporting on progress, issues, and risks.
Act as a central point for updates and governance coordination.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in programme planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
Experienced in reporting and documentation for executives.
Familiar with IT and compliance-driven transformations.
Able to manage interdependent projects across multiple workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to time management.
Experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Strong relationship building abilities across various organizational levels.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the energy sector with an understanding of current cybersecurity challenges.
Knowledge and experience in cyber and information security.
Other Details:
The consultant is expected to work from Gentofte, Denmark at least two days per week. Fully remote work is not allowed unless previously agreed upon. A background check will be required before onboarding.
