Introduction & Summary:
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a Project Manager with extensive FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) experience to oversee and ensure the planning, preparation, and execution of FAT processes within their glass program. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities and a strong understanding of FAT execution standards, which are critical for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless execution of FATs across the program.
Ensure effective planning and scheduling of FAT activities.
Standardize preparation processes for FAT execution.
Oversee and coordinate with various teams for successful FAT execution.
Provide guidance and support in select FAT activities as needed.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding FAT schedules and requirements.

Demonstrated experience in project management.
