On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product Owner to join their Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (MAP) team, based in the Global Integrations unit responsible for the enterprise-wide integration strategy and strategic integration platforms. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of valuable features by aligning customer needs with business objectives, contributing to platform innovation, scalability, compliance, and user-friendliness.
As the Product Owner, you will collaborate with the development team, Scrum Master, and business stakeholders in an agile environment. You’ll prioritize valuable features and promote platform adoption through user feedback and market trend monitoring.
Your passion for technology—especially API management and enterprise integration patterns—along with your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers and management, will be essential for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the MAP platform, focusing on value delivery.
Define and implement OKRs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
Ensure quality and compliance in all product decisions and development processes.
Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Encourage and utilize customer feedback for product improvement.
Promote platform adoption and generate interest among potential users.
Support the team in Agile best practices to deliver work in valuable increments.
Provide updates and strategic insights on product performance to senior management.
Key Requirements:
Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within an Agile environment.
Proven ability to manage complex products and diverse stakeholder landscapes.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Training or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have:
Experience in building infrastructure products for development teams or data engineers.
Understanding of integration platforms like Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience analyzing customer feedback and market trends for product enhancement.
Background in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in regulated organizations.
Strong business acumen in a global organization context.
