In order to mature the contract management and procurement function, there is a need for two consulting and executing consultants who possess strong competencies in public procurement, contract, and supplier management. Experience in the development of processes, methods, and tools to support contract and supplier management, as well as a plan for continuous upskilling of the contract management function, is crucial.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop processes, methods, and tools for contract and supplier management.
Assist with ongoing support and upskilling regarding contract basis preparation.
Support IT procurements for the preparation of SKI purchases.
Knowledge of SKI framework agreements and advisory on IT acquisitions.
Experience with practical tools for contract and supplier management.
