Project Scope:
Drive the project implementation towards a compliant and user-friendly IT Waste Management system, transitioning from current legacy system to the SAP Environmental Management module, part of SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) which helps companies manage environmental compliance, track emissions, and optimize resource. This will enhance data accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and integration with other SAP modules.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
Lead Steering Committee meetings and content creation.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, especially GxP systems.
Provide updates to stakeholders and management.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Background in environmental compliance.
Understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 14001).
Familiarity with waste management policies.
Key Requirements:
Over 10 years of IT project management experience in larger organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong project management skills; desirable certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2.
SAP Certification relevant to S/4HANA or Waste Management.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and Environmental module.
Knowledge of SAP data and ESG principles.
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
Experience from Pharma and strong communication/stakeholder management skills are preferred.
