Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead digital projects in Physical Security Operations within Corporate Facilities. In this role, you will be the key liaison between IT and Lines of Business (LoB), ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project by collaborating closely with the LoB Project Manager.
We are currently managing a busy agenda filled with multiple digital projects and the replacement of legacy systems, resulting in a high-priority schedule of critical digital initiatives. This requires the ability to navigate a changing environment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize system functionalities.
Lead Steering Committee (StC) content creation and manage meetings.
Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for validated GxP IT systems.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
PMP Certification (or equivalent).
Over 10 years of relevant IT project management experience in larger organizations.
Strong understanding of data management, analytics tools, and project management software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
